SWIMCORDS FITNESS CORDS
The "FITNESS CORDS" have the most tension and resistance. This is the best cord to use for stationery swimming. The cords go around the ankle so there is no tugging on the waist or back muscles. The cords are very soft and comfortable, using velcro adjustable straps around the ankles.
These cords provide 2 uses, stationery swimming and also dry land exercise for arms and legs.
