Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy A return authorization must be obtained by a customer service representative before returning items, a reshipping fee may apply. Swim Zone stands behind all merchandise. If merchandise is shipped incorrectly or is defective, it should be reported immediately. There will be no returns or exchanges after 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please insure your merchandise when returning it to Swim Zone; the customer is responsible for all merchandise being returned.
Refund Policy Occasionally a customer will return a product and be unable to utilize the merchandise credit we have offered towards the purchase of another product. Therefore in these circumstances, a refund may be issued at the request of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. New, unused products returned within 15 days of our original shipment will be accepted subject to a minimum handling and restocking charge of 20%. Items made to customer specifications, design or dimensions may not be returned under any circumstances.

Prices
While this catalogue represents product lines which will be offered through July 31, 2023, prices are subject to change without notice. All current prices will be quoted over the telephone and we welcome your inquiries.

Important Notice
Swimwear is intimate apparel; a health department regulation requires that this type of apparel be tried on over underwear. If this regulation is not followed the merchandise will not be accepted for exchange.

Team Policy
Team prices are for 12 or more suits. A team must have a purchase order number, M/C, VISA, American Express, or Discover to hold in lieu of payment.  Any outstanding balance due after 30 days will automatically be charged to that credit card. No personal out of state checks will be accepted as payment except for tax exempt organizations or institutions. Once a team is established with Swim Zone, team items may be ordered at the same price on an individual basis. Teams who have a Swim Zone account will be billed on a net 30 day basis with an automatic 1.5% monthly interest charge on accounts over 30 days.

Team Orders
Call for a personalized Swim Zone team fitting at no charge. Sometimes distance or time does not allow us to come out for a team fitting. In that case a team try-on package can be shipped with a credit card to be given in lieu of payment. If no team order of 12 is made within 30 days, there will be a service charge of $50 charged on that account. A try-on package consists of one of each size in male and female of the same style and brand chosen as the team suit. This package needs to be returned in unworn, reasonable condition within 2 weeks for a “no charge.” All try-ons must be returned by the indicated date in the try-on box or there will be a service charge. There will be no charge for shipping a try-on package within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska) that results in a team order. CUSTOM ORDERS SILK SCREENS & TRANSFERS
Any custom order must have a 50% deposit before an order can be processed. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS! Purchase Orders may be used. Please call for more information. Swim Zone has a unique process for printing suits, allowing one or more colors. This process allows suits to be ordered 1 at a time with no wait after the initial order has been completed. This process eliminates the cracking and peeling caused by silk screening.

There is a $4.00 charge per suit for the first color, $7.00 for two color, and $8.00 for 3 color transfers. An initial order of 36 suits is required. Team orders of 75 or more suits may call for a special rate. There is a $30.00 per color set-up fee. Suits may also be embroidered and price will differ according to size and pattern.
